Subodh is extremely passionate about creating sustainable change through innovation in high impact areas.
As CEO and co-founder, he is responsible for leading the company’s march to next stage of growth and comes with a unique mix of experience in execution-oriented roles and in policy making/strategy consulting.
Subodh is an IIT Roorkee and IIM Lucknow alumnus, and previously served as a Director with Swades Foundation, a non-profit organization founded by Ronnie & Zarine Screwvala.
As a Manager with Ernst & Young, he has led several social development and infrastructure engagements with budget outlays running in lakhs of crores. Previously, he also helped launch and scale two of the first producer companies in India, with cumulative revenues of USD 250 mn.
When not thinking about the next cutting-edge solution for IPLT, Subodh finds himself reading and exploring topics related to human psychology and life & afterlife (both individual and organizational).
