She holds the degree of Company Secretary and doing secretarial compliances. She has rich experience in Corporate and other Statutory Laws & Regulations. She is the important person of the company in taking Corporate Law-Secretarial and Regulatory Compliances & other allied laws decisions. She is also capable of handling the management of the company very efficiently. She has an experience in Trademark Act and Copyright Act, Employees Provident Fund Act, Shops & Establishment Act, Mergers and Amalgamation, Compounding Applications with RBI etc. I have also an experience in handling NCLT matters, Compounding matter.
